Hazard Identification, Assessment and Control

Project Overview

One of the clients from the construction industry wanted FAST Rescue to develop 20 eLearning modules for training content to meet the requirements as listed. The modules should be:

The input received from the client included employee training handbooks, PDFs, and In-person training videos used in classroom training.

Our Proposed Solution

FAST Rescue designed and developed online self-paced learning modules based on the Regulations. Initially, we evaluated the input received from the client. Based on the client’s requirements, we used effective instructional design strategies and adult learning principles to deliver the eLearning modules. We developed 20 eLearning modules with a template-based approach using different types of slides such as,

  • Welcome, Learning Objective screen
  • Navigation Screen (Linear)
  • Image and Text screens (Photographic, Icons)
  • Graphical screens (Icons, graphics, infographics)
  • Interaction screens (hotspots, click on buttons, click on tabs, etc.)
  • Assessment screens (Single Select, Multiple Select, drag and drop, true/false)
  • Certificate and Summary screen
  • Thank You.

Development Tool

We used Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator software for the development of the courses.

Conclusion

With our project management and eLearning development expertise, the client was very happy with the output.  The project was executed within 4 months to meet the client’s project launch date.
